When you book a product on our website, we typically need more information from you to finalize the booking. This information may include more personal information such as traveler name, other travelers included in the product, address, contact information, email ID, gender, password number and other personal information that may be required to finalize the booking. We also collect billing information along with credit card information. We do save all information we collect from customers in our secure database. However, we do not save credit cards information on our server. While we get credit card information on our website, we immediately process the credit card or NetAxept transaction and immediately ease all credit card/bank information without storing on our server. For every customer making a purchase on our website, we create a mandatory membership account. That account can be later used by the customer to log in and see previous bookings on our system

There are two ways we collect personal information from you. We have online forms where customers intentionally provide their personal information such as to complete the booking, sign up for a newsletter or to register themselves with us to have facilities of online membership. On the other hand, we also collect information passively from customers. That information is auto collected and saved. This may include information about what pages you visit, location and type of devices being used to access our website.

The information we collect from our website visitors is used in various ways to facilitate the website users. For example, my creating a membership account, our customers get the possibility to see previous booking done on our website. However, our own website uses your provided information in variety of ways; such as creating more customized offerings, sending you relevant alerts on your requests.

Our website server is located in Canada. We have made all possible measure to keep your information secure by implementing industry best practices on our server environment. The server is securely hosted in a firewall protected data center and only is accessible by authorized persons only.
